Boltfactor(Eghz, di, dj, Temp)

Calculates the Boltzmann distribution for the intensity, using states di and dj and their related energies.

Parameters:

• Eghz (float) – Approximated energy value of hamiltonian.

• di (float) – State di of the system.

• dj (float) – State dj of the system.

• Temp (float) – Temperature of the system.

Returns:

popui-popuj (np.array) – Temperature dependent Boltzmann distribution.
