Fitresult(Ham, spc, params, method, chi2, redchi2, residuals, denochi, message='', variance=None, paramerrors=None, paramerrorsdict=None, paramlabels=None, success=True, iterations=None)#

Container for the results of the Fitting function.

Returns:

  • Ham (object) – Hamiltonian configured with the fitted parameters

  • spc (np.array) – Fitted spectrum

  • params (np.array) – Values of the fitted parameters.

  • method (str) – Method used in the fit.

  • chi2 (float) – Chi square of the fit.

  • redchi2 (float) – Chi square divided by (Number of point - Number of parameters) for the calculation of variance.

  • residuals (np.array) – Residual array of the fit.

  • denochi (float) – Denominator of the redchi2.

  • message (str) – Message of the final state of the fit.

  • variance (np.array) – Covariance matrix of the fit.

  • paramerrors (np.array) – Variance array of the fitted parameters.

  • paramerrorsdict (dict) – Dictionary to relate the variance array with the parameters labels.

  • paramlabels (list) – Labels of the fitted parameters.

  • success (bool) – If the process was succesfull in fitting the parameters with the number of iterations.

  • iterations (int) – Number of iterations for the fit.
