Hungarian(cost)

Solves the assigment problem with the J-V method implemented in scipy, to organize the eigenvectors and energies of the hamiltonian and relate them with the quantum numbers, depending of the change in the cost.

Parameters:

cost (list) – Cost matrix of the eigenvectors and energies configuration

Returns:

novo (array) – Sorted eigenvectors and energies of the hamiltonian
