Getlabel(basisidx, slit, nlit, llit, L, I)

Creates the state ket for the energy level, using the quantum numbers.

Parameters:

• basisidx (float) – Indicates the quantum number of the system.

• slit (np.array) – List of the spin quantum numbers.

• nlit (np.array) – List of the nuclear spin quantum numbers.

• llit (np.array) – List of the angular momentum quantum numbers.

Returns:

output (str) – Ket with the corresponding quantum numbers.
